Terms of Service for the Cash Book App and Website

These terms cover the Cash Book iOS app and this website, both operated by 02apps studio, the trading name of Pattern Consulting OOD (Pattern Consulting Ltd), registered in Bulgaria under reg. no 205825026. The studio-wide terms at 02apps.com/terms apply as well; where this page is more specific, this page wins. By using the app or the site you accept both. You need to be 18 or older to make a purchase.

Not financial advice

Cash Book records what you tell it and summarizes it. Budgets, allowances, insights and the numbers on the Accounts screen are informational, computed from your own entries. They are not financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and they are not a statement of what is in your bank. Check important figures against your own records, and talk to a qualified adviser for decisions that matter.

Purchases

After a 7-day free trial, Cash Book requires a plan. The annual plan costs $39.99 per year and renews automatically through your Apple ID until you cancel it in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $19.99 and never renews. The price shown in the app at purchase time is the price you pay; if we ever change a price, the change applies from your next renewal, with notice beforehand. All billing is handled by Apple under the App Store terms. Refunds are requested from Apple under its standard policy, since we never hold your payment details. Restore a purchase on a new phone with Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.

Your content

Your transactions, tags, budgets, voice clips and photos are yours. You grant us only the processing necessary to run the features you invoke, as described in the privacy policy, and nothing more. We claim no license to your data, and we do not use it to train models.

Fair use

Do not reverse-engineer the app, resell access, or hammer the AI endpoints with automation. We may suspend service to abusive clients to protect everyone else. The app, its design and its code remain the property of Pattern Consulting OOD.

No warranty and limits

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of what it shows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be noted on the what's new page. Continued use after a change means acceptance. The terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
